Hello everyone. I'm new at the raw food preparation and have tried to make veggie pasta a few times. My always turns out watery. How can I make it more like angel hair?

What vegetable are you using? I've used zucchini and the 'pasta' is usually fairly firm when I use the spiralizer. Yellow squash doesn't seem to work as well for me though.

what spiralizer do you have? With most of them, you have to put a sort of downward pressure on the handle as you crank it in circles, to get good results.
Try a fat carrot or some butternut squash if your zucchinis are too watery.

After I make my "pasta" I let it set on some paper towels in a bowl to absorb the extra moisture. I also store the noodles like this and keep the sauce separate.

The paper towels are a good idea. I will try that the next time I use yellow squash. I store the sauce and 'noodles' separately too. Just had some for lunch today!
