I've decided to start sprouting my own wheatgrass but I can't find the stuff I need locally. I'll have to buy something off the internet.
Where can I get the most "bang for my buck?" I figured if anyone would know, it would be you folks. Thanks.

Fresh Life Sprouter. I have two of them with the second barrel. Love 'em!

Easygreen, a hydroponic system. Cheapest I've found it is £49.00.
Or
Visit the local garden centre and purchase a standard seed tray, with clear plastic lid. Punch some holes through the bottom, stand on a tray, add soil and wheatgrass seed. Really cheap, I set my original up for less than £10.
Or
Grow in normal pots on the windowsill. You could buy old pots at a thrift shop and set this up at a really silly price, I bought 6 pots for £3.00.
It really depends on what type of sprouter you are.
Do you want something that will virtually take care of itself, including watering, then go the hydroponic route.
Do you like hands on watering, and talking to your plants, if so pots and seed trays are best.
Have fun sprouting! :D

I bought some organic wheat berries at the health food store for about a dollar and sprouted them in a tray that I made out of a used lettuce container I found in my neighbor's recycling. I used some dirt I had laying around. It worked fine. I wanted to try it before buying anything serious because I wasn't sure I would keep it up. Sure enough I didn't, lol.

My favorite is www.wheatgrasskits.com. They send you everything you need for easy growing. I have a tray growing right now in fact. It was only $35 for the whole kit and you have plenty of soil left over for purchasing more wheatberries from a different source. They supply berries, trays, soil and enzymes. LOVE THEM, LOVE THEIR PRODUCT.
