I am very new to raw. While I have read many articles on it and I have yet to have a full raw day. I am very health and weight conscious and I was wondering if anyone could tell me a little bit about their experience to the raw lifestyle physically. I am currently 19yrs old, 5'6" and 115lbs. I practice yoga 2-3 times a week, and do some form of cardio probably 2-3 times a week. How has going raw affected your workouts? I eat a very low calorie, low fat and low carb diet. I probably eat around 900-1200 calories on a given day, around 30g. of fat and around 70carbs. I not quite sure what you are supposed to have in a given day, but I have been told this is not a lot. I do not try to eat this little, I am just a picky eater and am full on my typical diet. I was wondering that if by going raw I would most likely gain weight since I have been told I do not usually eat enough.
