I found this article and thought it to be interesting. I was feeling a bit gloomy the other day, and noticed I felt better after consuming more water.

Ya know, good point. I know for me a lot of things I've been doing have contributed to my recent worsening bout of depression: fats, quesitonable raw items, sea salt, and only 3-4 cups of wtaer a day. Usually I have 10+ cups so that was a HUGE difference. Just the past 3 days I've upped my water to about 8 cups and things have gotten a bit better. I've also removed salt, questionable items, and fats too so who knows lol.

It seems so simple really. I know I have more energy when I drink water. Even when I wasn't eating so healthy. Sometimes, if I remember, I think of positive words while I'm drinking it. I thought of this after I watched, "What the bleep," and they had that guy's pictures of water crystals that showed a change in the structure by putting words on the glass of water.
