Clover, radish, alfalfa, broccoli, onion, celery, and cabbage are the ones I've tried. I like buy a "garden blend" already sprouted with: onion, radish, clover, and cabbage. I must say that I think Celery is the best though! Then again, I love celery lol.

I love the green pea sprouts. They are ready in about a day after soaking. Lately I have been sprouting the larger seeds because I have been having a problem the smaller seeds going sour before I can eat them.

I like lentils, peas and chickpeas. I also buy a spicy mix from sproutpeople that includes radish among other things. I just eat them as is.

sunflower greens are bomb! i have never sprouted them but a friend brought some up from a greenhouse in miami and i think they were grown from the black shell ones in soil for like a week. they were about 4-5 inches long and tasted like sunflower seeds in a green form. go figure
sesame sprouts are really good also
i eat the broccoli sprouts but only because they are so good for you because to me they taste like raw mushrooms and i cant stand raw mushrooms (brings back some old memories in the cow fields lol); although marinated mushrooms are absolutely amazing.
mung beans are great.
i havent tried this yet but im such a fiend for oatmeal so i am gonna sprout oat groats and then blend them with some honey and have a real raw living oatmeal. nunna that dead acidic dried flake crap, which i succumb to quite frequently but makes mee feel sooo bad

Thanks all! I've been putting sunflower sprouts on my salad and I'm enjoying them! I bought them pre-sprouted. I've yet to sprout my own. My copy of Alissa's book is with my friend, so I'm missing my sprout chart! :p
I think I'll try to sprout sesame :)

My very favorite sprout is lentil sprouts. They are sweet and spicy at the same time.

How long are you letting them sprout before eating them. I sprouted some and they were very bitter. I believe that I read that they are sweet at the beginning stage. I let them sprout for 2 or 3 days. Obviously that is too long if I want the sweet taste. So, did you just let them sprout one day or 1/2 day and then put them in the fridge?
