I have some green tomatoes and have not eaten since I went Raw. Is that advisable or should I give them time to turn red. ??

You could eat them green, but they'll be more nutritious when red...just like green versus red bell peppers...

Put them in a drawer with a banana, turn each day, they will turn red and ripen quite quickly. :)

Veganforlife, you are slipping, not mentioning green smoothies, shame on you! To much gallivanting about...:D

I wonder if you could have "fried" green tomatoes by soaking them in some olive oil and spices then rolling them in some ground nuts that have been spiced and then dehydrating. Just a thought.
