Eating raw is really simple. You can also make it very hard, but I like simple. Just eat ripe fruit, raw vegetables, and nuts and seeds. Don't eat anything from a can, jar, carton or other kind of package. Drink water, green smooties, vegetable or fruit juice. You don't really need a blender or juicer or food processor or whatever (although it helps if you don't just want to drink water), just a sharp knife. Produce can be organic if you like, but that's not necessary. Voila, that's all there is to it. Some people take supplements like spirulina. You can, but it's not necessary at all. :)

Aloha and Welcome to RFT!! Im so glad you have joined us! I like my foods simple too! I don't have a lot of recipes - but I can make lemonade!! I use a juicer (that you can get at a grocery store) and squeeze the juice out of the lemons that way. Then I add a little bit of maple syrup or agave and some water... and wa laa... yu have lemonade!!

blessings on your journey ross! :D
