I was wondering how you are doing...still great off your thyroid meds??? I was also wondering if you incorporated anything special in your diet to help combat this problem???
I have not been to the Dr. in YEARS...and so I haven't been diagnosed as low thyroid, but HIGHLY expect at least low thyroid. I have heard recently that we should all take a iodine supplement..like kelp tablets. I thought of doing this and seeing if it helped. I was just wondering if you did anything "special" other than raw. Maybe you CRAVED seaweeds, and ate alot of them?? or something else???
Thanks,
Wendi

Hey Wendi - you BET I'm doing great! Listen to Rawkin' Radio Show #19 and you can hear for youself. I am still off my meds - no need to have it re-checked. I know my body and I haven't felt this good ever - that I can remember. You can read about it in my testimony below, along w/my before and now photos.
I have incorporated sea veggies daily. Spirulina in my green smoothies and just munching on any sea veggie I can during the day. I'd be cautious of tablets - being processed and all. One of my favorites is kombu, it's salty and crunchy. I just eat it out of the package. Another fav that I found at www.naturalzing.com is an applewood smoked (low temp) dulse sea veggie. I love this!
I truly feel eating a 100% raw diet with the sea veggies healed me. In fact, so sure, I'd bet a body part.
I am also working out daily now - when Revvell asked what exercises I do and hearing myself say not a bunch, it made me realize I gotta do more. Also drinking my green smoothies daily, taking coconut oil, drinking water - all this helps.
