olives

Hi, I was wondering how do we tell if olives are raw.....I love them, but I am not sure if the ones I buy are raw. Thanks!:)

It depends where you buy them. Usually the ones in the olive "bins"/"carts" are not. And the jarred ones are not unless they say.
I get mine from www.naturalzing.com or www.gorawcafe.com (look in the shopping section).
