This is one of those personal posts. I've been disciplined with my eating and drinking lots of water and kombucha. I'm noticing a couple of things: I'm experiencing the squishy phenomenon frequently mentioned on this site (which is hopefully fat cells breaking up) and my urine sometimes looks like it has beer froth on top. Anyone else experiencing that? What the heck is it?
