Utah Raw

Are there any raw/vegan restaurants in Utah/Salt Lake City area? My DH bought a Vespa there, so we're taking a trip! Right now, we're both raw, and would love to indulge in a raw meal on the road.

Anything else you would recommend seeing?

Joy, when will you be coming?

There is a Cafe called Sage's that does a fantabulous raw night on the last Friday of the month. MMMMmmmm. Four courses, $25 and so worth it. I haven't missed one in 5 months (but I will have to miss this months...boo hoo)
Otherwise, they have 2 raw dishes on their all-vegan menu. Unfortunately, they are the only true raw-friendly place in town (at least that I've discovered - and I've lived here for 18 years)

There are lots of things to do and see here...again, it just depends on when you will be coming! If you'd like, PM me and I can help you with more specific ideas and stuff. I'd love to meet up with you if possible.

I just might be there next Friday...Sage's sounds lovely. Even one raw place is good enough for me, as there are absolutely none here.
