Hello, everybody!:)
I just started switching on the raw diet.

BUT I have gastritis and inflamed esophagus, and I am not sure if I should go 100% raw now. I've tried some recipes from Alissa's book, some of them especially with the nuts, seem too heavy for me.

How should I start?

If you are not sure about 100% then its ok. Start by just adding more of the good stuff into your diet. As you said, you are switching to the raw diet which is a great start. What is your diet like now?

Give your digestion a break by doing green juices. Listen to your body and if it seems that nuts are a no go right now then it probably best to stay away from em for a while. There are Loads of things which are not nut based!!:)

Maybe start by eating tonnes of the stuff you do like? and then progressively add in all the others. I was living on bananas, watermelon, strawberries and apples for about half a week, and then I started getting in the greens and nuts etc. Juicing's good too, it doesn't matter if you're not so fond of greens (I'm not anyways), you just throw it all back :)
