I noticed this a while ago. It's not my fingernails, just my toes. Does any one know if this is due to a deficiency? If so, what foods are good for this?

Do they go from the bed to the tip of the toenail or from one side of the bed to the other?

They go from the base of the toe nail to the tip,(width wise).
