i just had surgery and, since my appetite has almost depleted, i thought i'd start the healing process with a raw diet. i have no friends or family that i can lean on for support, so i just love reading stories about the successes to keep me motivated. i am looking forward to the 30 day challenge.

I'm from Connecticut - anyone out there from either Fairfield county or New Haven County?
