Hi! I've recently starting experimenting with going raw - I haven't shifted to 100% raw yet but I'm trying to get there. I just got Alissa's book in the mail the other day and I want to get started reading it a little before I go full into it. I've tried a lot of other diets before in the past and have difficulty sticking to them. So I want to be sure I start off right so that I don't give up before I fully start.
Even though I haven't gone completely raw - I have felt the difference. I feel icky when I eat unhealthy, processed foods. My acne has even cleared up a bit. My fiance is completely behind this diet too - he says he's already seen a change in my mood and that I seem happier. I've already decided to try my best to dedicate myself to this - even if I'm not always 100% raw.
Any advice or suggestions would be great!
