I just threw together in my Vita-Prep 1/2 cuke, several grape tomatoes, and a large handful fresh cilantro. Blended it, poured it into bowl, then scooped 1/2 avocado on top and floated a cup of sprouted lentils on top of everything.

Yummy! If I were to do it over, I would add more tomatoes.

I love it. The simplicity of it, but I bet it looks and taste gourmet, huh?

Yes, I wasn't even going for gourmet, just felt like eating a summer veggie soup. If only the non-raw population knew how simple and delicious eating raw can be!
