I just ordered a Needak Rebounder yesterday. I also ordered one of the DVDs. Has anyone used this DVD? It's supposed to be 45 minutes long. What do you think? Has it been helpful?

I have the Urban Rebounder and it too has come with a DVD, beginner's and advanced. Let's put it this way - I haven't made it beyond begineer's!

LOL! Good to know...in a good way. This one involved resistance exercises coupled with the rebounding. I'm looking for a good workout. :)

I have a Needak, too. I have a dvd called "Carol's Health Bounce. It's really good, imo. She is 50-plus and looks amazing. She had lots of health issues, but overcame them by including rebounding as a part of her routine. My son and I used to work out together using her dvd. We got to where we would turn the volume down and use our own dance cd's that we made. I still liked to have the dvd on as a guide to different routines and to be able to check my pulse.

How cool is this? Eating raw foods and jumping up and down! Just like kids again. Kids that haven't been tainted with the bad stuff. I'm amazed at children's energy. We could (should) learn a lot from those little people!

Thanks for the responses. Veganforlife, I didn't even notice the spelling. I knew what you meant. :)
I can't wait to get mine. It says the order shipped today. Does the Needak need to be assembled?

If memory serves, I think you just have to screw the legs in. I'm not sure. We have a Rebound Air, too and I may be getting the two mixed up. Needak has a softer bounce. Rebound Air is firm. I prefer the softer bounce, but ds likes a firmer bounce.

I got the rebounder several days ago. It was completely put together in the box. The DVD looks like it was made in the 80's.

::smacks forehead::
Well, we were more fit in the 80's then we are now (not us, but we as in the general public)...

I used my rebounder for the first time yesterday. I did it for 15 minutes while watching TV. I enjoyed it! The time went by very quickly. The bounces were soft, yet it felt very sturdy and easy on my joints. It got my heart rate up too. I'll wear my heart rate monitor next time to see how much.

I also have the Urban Rebounder and like Lucy, haven't gotten through the beginner's dvd... but then, I've not been very persistent/consistent in using it since starting the yoga class. Gonna get on it today I will!
