Gum disease

Does anyone know if Raw helped anyone sure Gum Disease? Just wondering.

Since going raw and staying mostly raw and doing Oil Pulling i've seen a great difference.
My gums were receding aroung the bottom teeth and very painful and just all over puffiness since going raw along with o.p. the pain has stopped and my teeth are much stronger and straighter and whiter, no more puffy gums:D :D
I now know that eating the S.A.D. was destroying my teeth and gums, now i'm working hard to not eat that way anymore and it's paying off big time:)
You can go to the seach up at the top and type in "Oil Pulling" and get some great information and support.

Oil pulling will certainly help. I don't know why more people aren't doing it?

My teeth and gums were giving me fixes until i started doing o.p. and i'm so grateful that i found out about it:D
