Alissa's One Day Class

Anyone that could share info about the one day class?

I'm sure it's a little different, but I took the 1-day class by someone who was certified by Alissa. It was fun and we learned how to prepare at least 5 different recipes. I went on to take the level 2 and it was such a great experience. Both classes were hands on and we ate so much food I was never hungry.
