vegan B12

my question: is there a vegan B12 supplement which we can take (preferably sublingual).

I use a vegan B-12 tablet that melts on your tongue. I buy them at Whole Foods.

Not all companies are honest about saying that they are truly vegan..
(Some companies do not know what vegan really means..so they say:"sure, it is vegan"..)(hmm:confused: )

Hi,

I take the natural market (where I shop) brand in small sublingual tablets, they are small and pink. I just put them under me tongue. I would go to your local health food store and ask someone who works their. I just asked for a vegan B12 sublingual and they showed me what they had. Hope this helps.

I use the Pruce Advantage B12 Spray. It's a LOT easier than sublingual and so I've found that I've never missed taking it. Also easy for kids.

- Spirulina has B12 in it, amongst other good stuff (a very good and reasonably priced brand is Marcus Rohrer)
