Bloody.....donations...

There is a blood donation day here...
And i went all happy to give them my pure blood ...
BUT... after years of checking and all was oki.. this time they just checked my finger with one lil drop for my hemoglobin and it was only 11.6...
which ois 4 point under the "normal" well normal here is half dead people with lots of problems laying in the hospital.. god damn... it got me a bit worried also....
my mum had anemia i think... and i'm just a bit worried... I'm pale since ive known myself....
I will defentlly run home and start eating more of the green stuff :\

Don't get too bent by the rejection! From your profile, you look like a youngin'. When I was in my 20's-30's, I would have the same problem. I really liked to donate blood but I would stare at that little vial of blue fluid watching and praying that my drop of blood would sink.

Maybe it was due to the time of the month you were donating.. Your iron count can be lower during certain parts of your cycle. Anyway, cheer up. THere's always another blood drive around the corner!

I am calmed down now after thinking a bit...
well It's not my fault they dont want my blood... and I pitty them :) but oh well there's always another time and place...
I am actually on the start of my period so maybe thats why :)
But I'm so full of good energy at the moment that I even made me a seaweed samoothie:
2 bananas
lots of green sweet grapes
and arame seaweed with the water i soaked it in
its delicious and sweet ^_^ yum
