I have been reading Ann Wigmores book Recipes for life. She is big on sauerkraut. I followed her recipe but not sure if I did it right. It set for 7 days at room temp. It smells sweet and sour. The cabbage and carrots are still crisp. Does this sound right?
Also are there any Candida recovery people out there? How have you done on fermented foods? Raw diet? What foods helped you in the beginning?
