Your pictures look fabulous! Especially the Sweet & Soft Glazed Onion Bread and your salad. Are you willing to share your recipes. Would love to try them both. Thank you:)

The salad had eggplant 'bacon' strips (BBQ seasoned) and mixed greens with the BEST DRESSING EVER!! It's a complicated one that there is no way you would just make, you'd have to have oher things made first and use some of them. It is so so so so good it's all I want to eat lately! It is a mix of sweet sunflower mayo, BBQ bacon marinade and a new chickpea miso & tahini dressing I make with chopped dried onions & dill.

The onion bread is super soft because I don't let it dry to crispy and I use a glaze I brush on top when I put it in the dryer- the glaze is half & half of Nama Shoyu and maple syrup! It totally makes the bread!!! I use a little maple syrup in the batter too. I also thin slice a 1/4 of an oinion an mix it in the batter by hand right before I put it in the dryer.

Recipe for bread here-

Hello RawVeganMom, thank you so much for sharing :) I was wondering in making the Onion Bread have you had any problems with turning rancid by using the Olive Oil? Again Thank you.

I never had that problem, no. I actually don't like olive oil and I pretty much never use the stuff. I prefer grape seed oil or sunflower oil. Sunflower oil has a very distint taste though, the grape seed is more neutral.
