Well today is my first official day of being raw! I'm so excited!

For breakfast I ended up having a banana smoothie and i used to make them with splenda but today i just made it with a frozen banana, water, 1/2 vanilla extract and like 7 pieces of ice! It was amazing, cuz it felt totally natural and really tasted like banana without all the extra splenda! I was so impressed!

For lunch I may just have a salad because i'm going shopping so i'll check out the food court and hopefully they have something there for me.

For dinner well haha i need some suggestions, i was thinkink about having some carrots with a lemon/evoo dipping oil and an apple, but is that substantial enough? I do have cherries so maybe that will work.

How about a nice fresh tomato, avocado mixture? Sounds like you are not eating enough. Folks go from one extreme to the other. Eat, eat, eat when going raw.
Try adding ONE lettuce (romaine) or spinach leaf to your morning smoothie and you'll be on your way to green smoothie love!!!

Sure. If you HAVE to err....try to err by eating MORE raw foods......in greater varieties....and in tremendous quanities....in the beginning. It's all about staying full.....and what is satisfying to YOU.....and helping you to reach your goals.

-Try mixed baby spinach salads with walnuts and balsalmic vingegar (or lemon juice/garlic). Top with sprouts if you like.

-A hearty shredded cabbage salad with sprouts and slivered almonds.......tossed with lime juice and just a bit of shredded jalepeno is a spicy treat.

-Try Romaine lettuce wrap burritos stuffed with shredded lettuce, sweet pepper, carrot, radish, and topped with spouts, sunflower seeds, and fresh salsa!

-Mushroom caps marinated in lemon juice/garlic and stuffed with sprouts, chopped sunflower seeds, and topped with salsa or guacamole is also a great treat.

-Just some suggestions - which I hope are helpful.
