Has this happened to anyone else?

I have noticed the past few days that I have started to bruise really easy. I just lightly bump into something and it forms a huge ugly bruise. I have never been like this before and was wondering if it could be some form of detox? It is starting to worry me. Anyone else have anything like this happen?:confused:
