Angie I have only lost 25 pounds but I noticed I lost a lot of puffiness.
I remember going to an acupuncturist last year and he mentioned how puffy I was and I thought "is this guy nuts? of course I'm puffy, I'm fat!" I thought he was trying to be polite. haha. Now I know what he was talking about!

Thanks again, you all made me feel wonderful.

I have to admit, I dont know what to say to all this. I am used to thinking quite the opposite of myself. But I know you are all sending me love via this thread and your kind words, so I drink them in. Thank you ever so much for your kind and loving hearts!
