Hi there all this time it's not about me :)
My bf is the reason I'm writing this and asking...

He's only 21 a SAD eater (for now heehee) and his hair had turn into mostly white in the couple last years... after he've been dying it into different colours (but i did it 2 a few years ago and it didnt happen to me ! )

Will it help him going raw and getting the colour back to his hair? and how long does it take.. if there is anyone with such expirience...?
or is it really genetic or something?

Thanks all :)
Have a great day week and life ! :D

Lots of love ,
Mary

Ann Wigmore turned her hair back to its natural color. Probably takes a while though. He'd have to be raw for a while to re-mineralize the body, then the time it takes the new hair to grow in. I've heard going white or grey is actually due to a mineral deficiency. Lots of greens and green smoothies help. I'm 33, and all my friends have some grey hair, but I don't have a single strand.

Most of the hair on the back of my head had turned almost completely white/grey. The rest of my hair is black. I did a detox last year and the grey/white hair turned black after less than a week. Every time I go back to cooked food, the grey/white starts coming back. When I go back to raw - voila!!!....my hair turns dark again. Go figure. :p

Try "He Shou Wu" powder. It claims to restore hair color over time I believe.

I've heard going white or grey is actually due to a mineral deficiency.
I have read that also. That being the case then I believe that if a person were to include lots of raw plants, especially dark leafy greens that are high in minerals, in their diet and if their digestion is good so they get them incorporated into their body then I think its possible for hair color to return or at a minimum to stop going more gray.

Before going raw, I would dye my hair (dark brown) and within 2 weeks my gray was poking through. My hair dresser said I was 40% gray. After a few weeks on raw, my gray is gone. I wonder where it went? I have not dyed my hair since early June and I have just a few strands of gray.

Every male on my dads side of the family at 21 they were completely silver!
