OMG - The Goji/Cherry Truffles!

Okay, I finally got to order them! And I had to sit them in the fridge overnight cause UPS truck in Georgia heat and humidity = very melty truffles! But I just got to try one and OMG!:eek:

They are BEYOND yummy!:D Yep, they are my favorite now right with the peppermint truffles! Walk, no RUN, to your keyboard and order some NOW! :D

Ya know one thing I always worry about when ordering?? You said it yourself... the heat upon shipment & arrival.

I want to know what ppl think about that because it stops me from ordering things. Temps rise quickly!!

Someone sent me some mac nut butter & since the bag was so hot when I opened it, it's still sitting in the cupboard. I'm unsure how to look at this....

I just popped them in my fridge when I got them. And I use a butter knife to separate them! They are too yummy to NOT get them!:D

The heat makes me worried about ordering things also. I read that heating your foods above 106-115 destroys all the natural enzymes. And you have to figure if it is in the upper 90's outside, it has to be more than 115 in those closed metal trucks :confused: Does this make the products no longer raw? I know that when a company heat seals thier jars, the food products are no longer raw, so wouldn't this be the same?
