Hi All
Could anyone recommend a really simple and tasty raw dinner recipe? Maybe with not too many nuts?
I have a really small food processer, a decent blender, and a bunch of vegetables but not so many seasonings....
What do people make "on the fly" when time is short between jobs???
ANyone have a simple fave???

I like to make wraps, just use two romaine leaves, I squeeze lemon juice over them, and just fill them with any veg that you have, sprouts, chopped up soaked sun dried toms, sunflower sprouts etc., just pile them high drizzle with lemon juce wrap up and eat with your hands. I often put in some sunflower seed pate this can be made in advance as it lasts about a week in the fridge, I can eat this every night for a week and not get fed up with it.

In this hot weather I don't feel like eating or preparing a lot of food, so lately I eat watermelon for dinner, or frozen popsicles.:D

Avocado w/ chopped tomato and onion. You can add lemon juice and olive oil if you want.

I love this!
My favorite meal is olives, chopped up avo, and chopped tomato with olive oil.

Olives! yum. I love olives but I haven't had them lately b/c I can't find raw ones in the hfs. They would be great w/ the avo and tomato.

Chop up endive (or other "bitter" greens). Massage with avocado (using your hands). Add pine nuts. Add sundried tomatoes (soaked in hot water). That's it. :)
