Well, I'm on the second day. I've done good so far. I had a green smoothie this morning and then went out to lunch with some friends and had a salad. I did have some unsweet tea though. That is what I need to eliminate. This restaurant has some tea that is made from a fruit from another country and I like the taste of it. It's not so much that it isn't raw that I need to stay away from it, it's the fact that it has a lot of caffeine in it. I felt really energetic this morning with what I've been eating so it's not that I wanted the caffeine but I like the taste of the tea. I hope that this desire will go away with time because it's been my pet problem for a long time.:cool:

YAY YOU! Cool with the green smoothie! Keep that up and your cravings/hunger will go away and what you will gain is increased energy, sleeping better, clearer skin, clearer thinking, etc., etc. YOU GO!!!!!!!!!!!

I love tea !!!

Go get some red tea or rooibus tea is its real name. make sun tea with it.

I love this stuff it has more flavor than back tea. not bitter at all and nice and dark redish brown.

No caffeine, no kidney stone worries. JUST awsome anti oxidants.
