Raw Cashew Itching and Blisters

So I ordered some Whole Organic Raw Cashews from Sunfood Nutrition and now my hands are covered with tiny intensely itchy blisters that are driving me crazy. It is funny... the rash is on the fingers and knuckles of my right hand (where I reached into the bag) and on the palm of my left hand (where I put them while I munched). I guess they didn't get all of the offending chemical off of them. It really is just like having poison oak.

Darn! Go to your LHFS (local health food store) and get some jewell weed soap and/or tincture. It's good stuff to help alleviate that.

Thanks VeganforLife- I am going to try that. And yes... Darn! That is exactly what I feel like.

Zella Juice- Nothing that I am aware of internally.

I suppose if I had soaked them maybe the stuff would have washed off. I will definitely rinse them next time.
