"Stretch for Health" DVD in Alissa's Store

Has anybody ordered and used this DVD? How does it differ from any other stretch instruction DVD? I am thinking about ordering this but it is quite a bit more expensive that the other DVD's I have purchased and I am wondering if it is so different than the others that it would justify the cost.
