Hello everyone, it is great to meet you all :)
I have been a vegetarian for a couple of years now, but feel it is time to move forward. I am so glad I found this site!
Please help guide this newbie in her quest for RAW, and hopefully I may even surprise you all with a few recipes.
I have just ordered Alissa's book and DVD, but am in a bit of a limbo whilst I wait for them to arrive. Can you suggest a few ideas to help me move forward until they arrive?
I am eating two RAW meals a day, a couple of juices, and a third meal that is part raw, part cooked.
I want to lose some weight, but gradual is good. My goal is to feel better and exercise more. Thanks to my labrador Alys, we go walking once a day, normally anything from 2 - 6 miles depending on the weather. I also lift weights.
I live in the Morvan National Park, and am renovating an old farmhouse to make a Vegan B&B / guesthouse, there are only two others in Burgundy!
