I need some advice. I'm getting a bit worried. I've been drinking at least four liters (16 cups) of water a day. Yet no water how much I drink I still feel thirsty. I'd drink more but I get feeling so full I can't fit more in. On top of that I've been very constipated for the last two weeks. Before that I was feeling so great. I can't figure out what brought on this change. Any ideas or suggestions would be wonderful, thanks.

excessive thirst could be a sign of type 2 diabetes... depending on how long you've felt this thirsty, i'd recommend you go and see your phycisian, just to rule it out.
hope you feel better soon! :)

I've gone through periods since going raw where I was insanely thirsty w/o a cause. Even just the past few days while eating green smoothies, salads, spouts, fruit and no dehydrated food, I was still very thirsty most of the day. 8 oz of fresh coconut water helped more than 4x that amount of water did. I'm not sure what I was lacking, but it definitely helped.
