hey there, one of my favourite recipes, which i'm actually making for a dinner party tonight is thai coleslaw.

1/4 shredded red cabbage
1/4 shredded green cabbage
3 big grated carrots

juice of 2 limes
salt or soy sauce to taste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 cup roughly torn coriander

This has a fabulous mix of flavours. I'm serving it with raw rice paper rolls and chilli dipping sauce for my housewarming party!!

I made a sort of indian curry dish. It wasn't 100% raw (maybe 98-99%) but I'll post it anyway!

I made the rice by food processing cauliflower into tiny pieces.

I made a bed of cauliflower 'rice' in a dish and in the centre I put loads of chopped spinach. I then added loads of raw vegetables from a stir fry pack as they were cut into tiny strips (things like carrot, beansprouts, mangetout, shredded cabbage etc). If you chop your own veg chop it up into fine pieces.

The sauce I made from mixing a few spoonfuls of raw nut butter (think it was cashew and brazil nut that I used) with some lemon juice and (this is the not-raw bit) a teaspoon of curry paste. It was a lovely creamy spicy mix. I mixed that together until it was runny and poured it over the vegetables.

It was yummy and definitely satisfied my curry cravings!

Alissa has a recipe for curry sauce, however it uses raisins which I'm not too keen on and I think they might make it a bit sweet. I've just bought some raw coconut butter so I might experiement with that and see how it turns out.
