thanks bethanie! yeah rawkinlocs has been SOoo helpful - emails back and forth and the works! its just a shame im unable to post any!

Sorry, dont have amounts for this stuff...but play around, cant go wrong. keep tasting :D

the pasta primavera is sooo easy:

zucchini noodles w veg peeler
shelled sugar snap peas (so many in my garden)
baby tomatoes, halved
chopped red pepper
small chopped carrot
minced fresh parsley
minced fresh basil
lemon zest
A cashew cream would be best but i had Carmella's house dressing on hand so tossed with that and it is excellent!
im going to play around with this.

As for the tarts, i used date/nut crusts
blueberry cream ones:

Filling:
blueberries
cashews
banana
bit of fresh orange juice

Blend till creamy. Fill the crust. Top with more fresh blueberries and chill to set.

Berry Cream tarts are a recipe in progress ;) to come in the future!

Your recipes are very, very helpful, i'm trying very hard to keep my husband interest in raw food.
And i love quickie sweet recipes, i have frozen blueberries and other berries and now i can use them for other things rather than just smoothies:D
Thank you again.

Hello Fairygirl,

I really love all your works of food art! I do have a question. I had made a Strawberry Delight Tart, but I had trouble getting my tarts out of the pan. What kind of pans do you use to make your tarts and any suggestions on how to get them out in one piece. Thank you. :)
