Sounds PERFECT! If I were only 15 years younger, single, didn't have 3 children, & live in the midwest! WAhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Seriously, it sounds wonderful, I hope you find some great roommates! :)

If only I were older and ready to move out!
I'll give you a call in 3-5 years! :p
I'd need to work with my school location too.....

Sounds like so much fun! I'm heading to London, UK for the next 4 months, then back to school for 4 more. But after that who knows? I LOVE California and would return in a heartbeat.
I would also be interested if the timing were different. ;)
Good luck finding roommates, I'm sure you'll find tons of great people!

Awesome! I might take a little while to respond as I'm going to be running around a lot in the coming week (going to Mt. Shasta and have lots of things to take care of!) and I'd also like to get in order a few responses before I start sifting through them, but don't worry, I will surely get back to ya! Oh and thanks ya guys for your awesome comments, I'm soo psyched to move, it's going to be 100% RAWSOME for sure and I totally expect you guys to come visit =)!!

I SOOO miss the beach. Take me back there Mike!!!
I even bought a beach cruiser (bike) but it's not the same without the beach view.
Growing up two blocks from the beach spoiled me. Swimming with the dolphins, boogie boarding, outdoor pools!!!
Your post is awesome...I wish there were more people like you.
I already emailed you with my story :D

Hey since the start a business thing came up. I have a question for every one.
I want to make some organic virgin body oils. They are my own blend of oils including jajoba.
The bottles are recyclable as are the lables on them.
There will be nothing but pure oils for the skin.
I wonder if this is a bad thing. I just want something without all that junk in it for people to use for awsome skin and hair. I use this stuff now and I even mix it with soy wax (not organic cuase there is no organic soy wax made)to make a chapstick like stuff my wife LOVES.
What do you all think?
I am not doing it for the money although it would be nice to have.

I know of a house like this in Leucadia (northern san diego) a few blocks from the beach. I think they have a room for rent. www.rawfoodhouse.com Good luck! I used to live in the beach in San Diego. I miss it!
