Heat: detox side effect or metabolism kicking in?

Both my husband and myself have noticed that we feel hot today and we both have headaches. This is our second day back on raw (100%) and I remember the headaches from last time (and the time before that:rolleyes: ) but I don't remember the heat. Feels like I am melting inside.

Is that a detox symptom or is my metabolism kicking in? Oh please tell me it's metabolism. I SOOOOOO want to lose weight. Can it all be gone byt the weekend please? ha just kidding

Has anyone else ever experienced this or am I the only odd one?:p

I am experiencing it right now. I have also been very tired for the past couple of days. I believe that it is a sign of detox. But it would be nice if it's my metabolism kicking in.. I'm ready for that scale to move DOWN.:p

I sure do hope to see that scale dropping soon too. Right now I am having a massive detox headache. Surely better days are ahead. :)

Sounds reasonable to be detox to me. Just think about it: all your little white blood cells attacking the toxins and cooked foods, moving all around to do this as quickly as possible! :cool:
