Ok so I've studied fasting/ feasting for a long time before doing this, and I know it's detox but...
My cheeks are covered with little red bumps that are sore. I can't really tell if they're pimples or a rash, I'm assuming a rash as it itches. Nowhere else on my body is having this issue and I'm used to clear skin alll my life so I'm surprised I reacted like this and really frustrated. Not to mention, I feel really icky!!

What in the world can I do to get rid of it or make it go away quicker?
I'm on a 30 day juicing mission, on day 7 today. This started happening 3 days ago, I believe, maybe 4.

As I know this is definitely detox, I wanted to hurry up and speed the detoxing process so it goes away as quickly as it came. What can I do to make this happen?

If I'm juicing, should I switch to water or mater cleansing???

HELP HELP HELP!!!

Any experience with this guys?

Speaking of CRAP...

AHAHLMAO...

You need to be crapping more... Your skin is the largest organ to rid the body of toxins, so it's not a bad thing, but for the ego it is. *smile* I know, I didnt have small red bumps, My face was covered in large cysts, from chin to forhead, it hurt to smile... I know trust me.

So since your on a juice fast, your not getting enough fiber, so I would give the advice of adding a good probiotic like Alissa's, or Natures First food green powder, add it to the juice, it has all natural raw ingredients, enzymes, it should help things move more. If you already are moving downtown behind the alley, and the skin is still being used as the main detox source, than you need more movements. Toxins out of there, not ure skin. So I offered my knowledge, rest is up to ya!

 Take care.

try a sauna or a steam room. also, i dont really know what skin brushing is but it sounds like a good idea as well. when i detoxed when i first went raw i got lots of rashes in every place posible, and they went away after a week or 2

Hey, don't take it personally if people read it and don't respond. We're just either not experienced with that or don't have any knowledge of the medical aspect. :)

Hey Morning Ruby, if you are on a fast and dont want to break it, then the detox will have to take it's course. Have you tried an infrared sauna? They are found at several massge studios or spas. These are really amazing for detox. They are not like a regular dry steam where you are dying after 5 minutes. You sit in this for 30 minutes and literally can fall asleep. You sweat like crazy and the heat goes right into the muscles to help release the toxins that are being pulled out in your sweat. Check it out if it is available in your area. You also burn around 600 calories in 30 minutes.
