I've noticed my legs are falling asleep alot lately - keep getting pins and needles.
started to notice last week maybe - anyone else? And is the diet somehow causing poor circulation?
Any info would be much appreciated

Hey there. Are you 100% raw? If not how close to that are you? Do you "move" alot - are you active?
This diet would definitely not cause poor circulation. Just the opposite, it HEALS, provided one follows it accordingly. If you are still consuming SAD/CRAP foods, your body could be fighting off those toxins.

I'm definitely 95-100% raw - mostly 100 for over 2 months
I am active and workout etc. - maybe detox?
Just wanna know if anyone's experienced somthing similar

Could be. Increase your water intake. And oh yeah.

I don't want to scare you but that feeling is a very common symptom of MS.
The good news is a diet free of wheat, dairy, red meat, sugar, coffee etc. is exactly the right diet plan (in case it turns out to be). I hope it's not! But you may want to add omega oils and B12 and flax seed oil, they help.
Also try to stay out of the heat until you know for sure, it makes symtoms worsen.

I had exactly the same thing a couple of months ago and I was hospitalised for a night because of it. It turned out I had dangerously low calcium levels and B12 was low as well. I mean, I had my reasons for the pins and needles but, if you are really concerned then go and get a blood test before they get worse!!. You don't have to do what the "doctor" tells you to do. Once you find out for sure why you are getting them you can begin to take care of it yourself!

I agree with little mango. You DON'T have to do what they recommend. They wanted me to start taking daily injections which would give me flu-like symptoms for the rest of my life. I said, uh..."check please" and looked at things I could do to heal naturally. So far...so good!

that occurred with me for a short while, but it went away on it's own accord.
i figured it was probably a healing crisis of some kind.

I am taking B12 supplements but I thought we got plenty of calcium from our greens. Is it common to have calcium deficiencies on raw? Just curious.

It is Vitamin D deficiency that causes my low calcium. It is from a long time being agoraphobic and not getting any sunlight. The Raw food diet certainly is not to blame.
I did get a shot of B12 a few months ago as well.
