I posted this on the recipe forum too. I am sorry if I shouldn't post in both places but I need help. I am making the mock salmon pate tonight but the bulk walnuts I got didn't say raw. It just said "organic walnuts". How do I tell if they are raw? I told myself they were but now I don't know. I have to go to bed soon but I want to make sure I have my lunch made for tomorrow. Thanks so much!
