Mayonnaise?

Does anyone have a raw mayonnaise recipe? I made Annie Phyo's bread and want to have a lettuce, cucumber and tomato sandwich. It was good -- just a little dry.

Alissa has a recipe in her book as well that's really good - I've made it several times and to me, it's just like the "other" kind of mayo, just a tad bit thinner.
