Hey, can I freeze fresh beans? I don't want to blanch them...the friend that brought nme the beets brought me 5lbs of beans and we can't eat them fast enough!

Don't know about the beans but you have a great friend!

Absolutely no problem, slice and freeze or freeze whole. Remember you can add them to juice too. I like mine raw with apple puree (raw) and sesame seeds, add ginger to the apple puree for a bit of zing! :)

Yes, I love this guy!!! He also has the HUGEST organig blueberry bushes that he lets us come and pick to are heart's content....
