I sprouted a bag batch of quinoa than dehydrated it. Any recipe suggestions?

Well, this batch got ground up and added to the onion bread recipe; we'll see how that turns out. But I'm curious what else people do with quinoa.

Now I occasionally add quinoa, fresh and sprouted and not dehydrated, to a fruit salad. Seems to digest very well. I sometimes make it into a breakfast porridge too. I'm going to experiment with making a raw stir-fry, using the quinoa as the rice.

I have used it as the base of a breakfast cereal. I added gogi berries and almond milk and chopped apples.
would really like to see how you made the breakfast cereal
I saw this recipe on youtube...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKfwLAdiPoc
Experiment with the oil though.. I think 1/4 cup is way too much. I just add about 1 and a half tablespoon, or just enough to taste it. But then again it's following a basic tabouli recipe which usually does use tons of oil.
I mixed this with sprouted lentils with nama shoyu lemon... I think I also added cumin but don't remember. Just a little. Pretty good I'd say. :)

That looks good, thanks. I have decided, unlike a lot of raw foodists, that I do like a limited amount of grain in my diet, makes me feel good, strong, but I sure cannot handle raw sprouted lentils.

Oh I actually like it with fruit salad. Great energy.
that's fine, maybe mung beans instead of lentils?
I made an AWESOME sprounted lentil and quinoa mexican-ish dish today. Sprouted quinoa and french lentils (the blueish ones) with tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, cilantro, a little cumin, soy sauce, cucumers and avocado.

Quinoa is a fruit, doncha know? ;) Anyways, I personally eat it steamed (I'm currently happily high raw), but one of my raw buddies likes it in his milkshakes.

I'm going to try to sub it into Alissa's chili recipe in place of the barley tomorrow. We'll see how it works out.

Chop 4 tomatoes, cut about 2 cups of baby spinach, add some red onions, add the quinoa. Then make a dressing of olive oil and lemon juice. Mix it all up.
Then lay some baby spinach leaves on a plate, add sliced avocado, and then place this salad on top. Enjoy
Another salad I have made is quinoa, chopped cucumber, black olives, blanched asparagus. Make a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard. This isn't a raw recipe but you can make adjustments. If you can make a raw feta cheese it goes good with this too.

Last week recipe was:
quinoa
a whole bunch of cilantro
3 tomatos
4 stalks of green onions
1 big cucumber
pre-packaged shredded carrots cut up in smaller bits
lemon juice
olive oil
flaxseed oil
chili paste
This made a big bowl and lasted for a whole week for one person.

I bet a dab of chili paste in there transformed it, sounds great.
