Hi. I have just started my journey into a raw food lifestyle. One week in, so far. I am confused though, I lost 3 pounds in 4 days, but honestly it looked like alot more. I was really surprised to see on the scale that it was just 3 pounds. My start weight was 163, after 3 days I went down to 160, today, after exactly 11 days, I am 163 1/2. Granted, I have had no time to work out, but is this normal? I felt a little discouraged, but since eating raw is alot easier than I could have imagined, I will continue on. Any advice?

Welcome. Don't worry about the scale. Just keep on being raw. Scales are evil.

Greetings and congrats on successfully completing your first week!! I wouldn't worry about the weight right now - just enjoy the journey and everything else will follow suit. BTW, you might want to listen to some of the RawkinRadio shows. Enjoy the forums ~ Cathy
