problem with pictures showing on the website

Does anyone have the same problem as I where some photos take a REALLY LONG time to download? For isntance in the gallery i think monkeyboy's and another woman's picture take forever to download. when i come across those pictures the rest of the site's pictures disappear along with the icons, etc.

I've had it happen maybe once or twice and I always chalked it up to the server having some minor, temporary issues OR something with my computer where maybe I need to restart or refresh.

we (my husband and I) tried to download two pictures and I'm wondering if they will post.
