I'm looking for a quickie recipe myself as my husband hates to wait 7 or overnight for a pizza crust.

This is my favorite so far and it is very quick and easy to make:
1 cup of grinded flaxseeds
2 cups of grinded almonds
2 cups of grinded sunflower seeds
2 T olive oil
salt, basil, oregano
water
Mix the dry ingredients in a big bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead into a dough. Form pizza crust(s) on teflex paper and put in the dehydrator. Dry until desired consistency.
Note: This is not my own recipe but I unfortunately cant remember where I got it from

I love Alissa's calzone/burger bun recipe for pizza crust!
Bethanie, a good idea for when you get a hankering for pizza and want it sooner is to, during a time when you're in an uncooking mood and you're not necessarily craving pizza (or perhaps the next time you make pizza) make up a few extra crusts and freeze them in ziploc bags so that way, it's already done, just needs to be "warmed" in the dehydrator. It can be warming/thawing while you whip up the toppings, then you top it, pop it back in and within an hour or so it should be ready to go!

These really do freeze well so I always make a big batch. You can also use this recipe as a base for pies. My favourite is a greek pie that has spinach dip (spinach, avocado, garlic, herbamare) in the bottom and marinated vegetables (diced peppers and zucchini, red onion, soaked sundried tomatoes) on top. Hope you like it as much as I do!
