Hi!

Im not sure if this is the right forum to post this in but here goes anyway. I would really like to do a parsite (ugh!) cleanse and a liver/gallbladder cleanse, but I confess to being a bit of a 'chicken' and scared of what to expect!!!! :confused: :confused:
I mean when I do these cleanses, do things that were living inside die before they come out??? (groase!)

Also I thought gallstones came out in your urine (thought you had to wee them out??ouch!) Does this happen during a cleanse??/ or do all stones come out the other, and more appropriate way??? Would really apprieciate experiences and insights!

For me the worse part about a liver cleanse is drinking the salt water.

Kidney stones are the ones that you pee out.

Things that make me barf.....the salt water from the cleanse...the smell when I walk by the meat counter. Gag!

My coworker eating fried chicken livers...had me dry heavin' down the hall. Nasty.
