ALBA'S 1-year Anniversary!

For anyone who has not seen the oil-pulling thread and Alba's blog and cheerful encouragement... She has had many pleasant improvements, including her skin. The pic she has on her blog of her dewy, matte, amazingly airbrushed looking face keeps me going on oil pulling every day. Who wouldn't want skin like that!?

And she has written about the positive changes in her mood since going raw. You can really feel her energy and enthusiasm in the posts she writes. What a great motivator for those of us who are sometimes struggling to stay raw!

So, I just wanted to say Yay Alba! :D :D :D

You have been such a blessing to me personally ~ and to so many others. You have touched so many lives and that gift of love you have shared keeps giving ... because many of us are sharing with our friends and loved ones about oil pulling! Just so you know ... you name is being whispered all over the Big Island! When I share with others about Oil Pulling -I always say... my dear friend Alba shared this with us on RFT... and I hand them print outs of research I have found on op'ing. You RAWK ALBA... and you along with the raw foods lifestyle have changed my life... okay now...
