My mom makes this delicious salad that I absolutely love, and I was wondering if any of you can think of a creative way to make it raw?
1 lb package shredded coleslaw
2 packs Blue Ramen noodles
3/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
4 - 5 T rice vinegar
3/4 cup olive oil
2 - 3 T sugar
4 - 5 drops sesame oil
I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks!

1 lb package shredded coleslaw - this is I think is okay - try to get organic, or make your own
2 packs Blue Ramen noodles Don't know what they are, but can't zucchini spiraled be a sub for these?
3/4 cup toasted slivered almonds - just use raw almonds and course chop - do they HAVE to be slivered?
4 - 5 T rice vinegar - use ACV (apple cider vinegar) start out with 2 Tablespoons and see how it goes first
3/4 cup olive oil - this is okay, but make sure it's cold-pressed/raw
2 - 3 T sugar - agave
4 - 5 drops sesame oil - maybe just throw in raw sesame seeds? Let your teeth do the chomping to bring out the sesame flavor?

You can also add some spiralized sweet potatoes and beets with the zucchini for noodles. I get sick of having just all zucchinis.
